According to reliable information, a certain woman identified as Nakamatte ran to court to secure a court order to evict the singer cum politician from the said land.
This woman not only seeks to evict the NUP boss but also other 2,000 people sitting on the 640-acre land which she claims to have inherited from her great grandfather.
This is not the first time the youthful politician is facing such claims after battling to retain his land in Kamwokya where his Ssemakokiro plaza sits.
Kyagulanyi was also some time back in a wrangle with Buganda Kingdom over his One Love Beach in Busabala which the kingdom said he was illegally occupying and belonged to the kingdom.
While tweeting to his 1.2M followers on Twitter, Bobi Wine said that ever since he stood up to fight the government, he has been persecuted in many ways. He added that none of this wavers him down.
Ever since I declared intentions to challenge Gen. Museveni last year, they've filed all manner of bogus cases against me in relation to everything I own. Busabala, Kamwokya and now Magere! Taking on a dictator is nothing easy, but I know it will end in victory for the PEOPLE pic.twitter.com/c6w5CT4NjB

This is seen as a move by many to suffocate the legislator economically, physically and psychologically and it is waited to see how the court will respond to this plea.
