Bobi Wine To Be Taken To UK For Further Treatment

On Monday, Court in Uganda released Kyadondo East Member of Parliament, Hon Bobi Wine together with eleven others including 2 MPs Wadri Kasiano and Karuhanga Gerald cash on bail.

Bobi Wine and his counterparts will be leaving for United Kingdom for further treatment after spending thirteen days in custody, according to his lawyer.

It’s however not yet confirmed that he’ll be leaving on Thursday after appearing in court. The court refused Arua’s newly elected Member of parliament , Kasiano Wadri from going to Arua without a permit.

After court ruling, the opposition leader, Kizza Besigye embraced the judgment and told journalists that Uganda has been exposed to unnecessary shame and mockery, according to Capital FM.

Besigye however said these people were not supposed to be arrested, terrorized and tortured and Hon Bobi Wine wouldn’t have been forwarded to army courts.
