However, the 2 year-old through his lawyer Waiswa, who some time back appealed before court regarding his sentence by Buganda Road court.  Through faults to the magistrate of differentiating Isiko of not being guilty to guilty minus abiding with the procedures and law rules, this disturbed many people’s minds.

Brian Isiko’s guilty Charges terminated.

Today on Thursday, Justice Abodo clarified that the minimal court never followed the true procedures before sentencing Brian with two years in prison for cyber harassment of the Woman MP.

But with the rightful procedures from the judge, he claimed the victim had to also have chance to elaborate about the charges that were imposed on him.

“The above procedural facts were very vital and omitting them was very wrong,”Justice pointed out.

Therefore, while appealing to court, Brian Isiko mentioned that he thoughtfully never mean’t to torture the Sylivia in anyway, but all he was trying to connect to her indirectly.

Indeed through proof about this crime,  Brian Isiko’s lawyer published out an evidence of the minimal court ;where he accepted copying MP Sylivia’s number from the parliamentary website to reveal out his freedom of speech by sending love texts to her.

“The love songs and poems of American celebrities including Don Williams and Enrique Iglesias, made me feel so touched and therefore i decided to share them with her.” Brian Isiko .

With only this clarification, the judge finally  rescinded the conviction before pleading for a retrial of this case in 48 hours before another magistrate, and lastly quashed Brian’s bail before being taken back to Luzira prison.
