Bruno K Determined To Change The Lives Of His Unemployed Social Media Followers

Singer Bruno K real name Bruno Kigundu said he is determined to change the lives of his unemployed social media followers. He is giving them an opportunity to interact with potential employers by commenting on what kind of job they want.

The singer has been doing that for some time now. He is always posting jobs that are sent to him by different employers so that willing people can apply.

He has also been asking his followers looking for jobs to comment with the kind of job they want or what they studied.

The singer is also doing this for the graduates especially those from Makerere University who have just graduated this week.

Bruno K made a post on his Facebook asking the graduates who haven’t been employed so far to feel free to connect on his facebook comments.

“Congratulations to all those graduating this week. If you are a graduate and you haven’t yet got employed please feel free to comment with what you did at University. You never know your new boss may go through the comment section nakuwa omulimu.,” he posted.

It should be noted that unemployment is one of the biggest problems in Uganda. There are so many educated people compared to the jobs available.

Both the public and private sectors cannot absorb them. Some would perhaps try to create their own jobs, however, to this requires a lot of startup capital.
