Buchaman Is Not The Ghetto President – Kabaaya Spits Fire

Ever since Bobi Wine was democratically elected Kyadondo East Member of Parliament, a group of Rastafarians led by the former musician and Ghetto vice president, Buchaman has not been in good terms with fellow cabinet members over leadership issues.

Buchaman was on Saturday last weekend officially appointed Ghetto presidential advisor by president Museveni. He will be responsible for Ghetto affairs whereby he will be easily approached by Ghetto people for assistance from the president and he is the only man expected to smoke out Bobi Wine from the Ghetto community.

I’m the only person who understands Ghetto better,’he said.

The self-proclaimed Ghetto president accused Bobi Wine for failing to pay him for his hard work, even when Bobi considered bringing him back to the fire base camp.

One of the Ghetto leaders known as Kabaaya came out and claimed that Buchaman should not call himself the Ghetto president, adding that there’s need for re-election.

When asked what he thinks about Museveni’s visitation in the Ghetto, Bobi Wine said if possible they should agree on leadership exchange. Museveni should allow him to become the head of State and he (Museveni) should also take up the position of the Ghetto president, as simple as that.
