Rising Singer Carol Sky Accuses Mudra Of Defrauding Her Over 27m Shillings

An upcoming female singer known as Carol Sky has accused dancehall musician Mudra of defrauding her over 27 million shillings. This singer said she worked on a song with Mudra titled Koona. The two were linked by a one DJ LL, a mutual friend to both.

Carol said that the Balo Balo singer asked her for Shs 6m which she paid. They then worked on the song and he gave her a budget of promoting the song. She gladly paid this money which amounts to over 27 million shillings.

However, the singer simply pocketed the money and didn’t promote the song. She then had to repay them for the song’s promotion and now wants the singer to refund her money.

‘’I was put up to speed with Mudra by ex-friend DJ LL. We then worked on a song titled Koona. Mudra asked for Shs 6m which I gladly paid. He also asked for more money such as promoting the song. All this resulted in roughly Shs 30m. However, he didn’t do anything in regards to promoting the song. I had to go through the people meant to promote the song and pay them again,” she said.

When Mudra was contacted for a response, he denied these allegations. Being a staunch Muslim, he even swore on his religion. The singer said that Carol Sky confided in him and wanted him to treat her like he had been doing to Ava Peace.

The singer also added that he has all the proof of how Carol Sky’s money was spent. And if need be, they will go to Court because she tainted his name.
