Rwanda Introduces Fine For Improper Wearing Of Masks
Rwandan authorities announced in the country’s capital Kigali that people will be fined for the improper wearing of masks. The said fine will total up to $10(about 37,000 Ugandan Shillings) for not wearing a mask properly in public.
