Catherine Kusasira To Help COVID-19 Affected People, Offers Her Car For Transport Means

Golden Band musician and elected artiste on issues concerning Kampala Affairs Catherine Kusasira Sseruga has come out to offer support towards COVID-19 victims in Makindye division. She decided to give them her car to cater for transport means.

The President of Uganda His Excellency Yoweri Kaguta Museveni recently suspended all public gatherings and transport means in a bid to fight the spread of Corona Virus in the country. This measure has indeed minimized the spread of the deadly virus though it’s very painful.

However, since many Ugandans were crippled in terms of transport, those who are sick find it more difficult to reach health centres in time thus loosing their lives. There fore, one of the top band musicians Catherine Kusasira had to surrender one of her cars as part of her contribution.

Musician Catherine Kusasira helped the people in Makindye by offering her only multi million Land cruiser V8 which was gifted to her by President Museveni. It is apparently used to transport vulnerable Ugandans especially pregnant women to health facilities.
