The match between the two traditional rivals Uganda and Tanzania will also be the closing group A duel this afternoon.
Djibouti’s Saddam Houssein is center referee and will be assisted by Rashid Wais (Djibouti) as the first assistant.
Eritrea’s Michael Gebru Eyobeil is the second assistant referee as the fourth official will be from Burundi, Thiery Nkurunziza.
With Tanzania on Three points, Uganda will be needing an outright victory to be able to progress to the semi-finals.
However, the guest country, DR Congo completed their group games with only one point in a goalless draw with Uganda. This happened before they lost to Tanzania in a 1-0 defeat.
In other news, Tanzania’s Ramadhan Kayoko will officiate the match between Djibouti and South Sudan.
Uganda’s Kassim Mpanga and Burundian Herve Kakunze will serve as the first and second assistants respectively.
