Cheating: Police Arrests Man For Killing Wife And Cousin

Kole District police has in its custody a 28-year-old man accused of killing his cheating wife and his own cousin. Apparently, the man found the two involving in sexual acts on his marital bed.

Moses Ongom, a resident of Beiko village, Opeta parish, Aboke sub-county in Kole district is the suspect in custody. Police arrested him for killing his cousin Ambrose Okwir, 25 and wife Conny Adong, 23 all residents of the same locality.

According to reports, the suspect on November, 14, 2022 allegedly walked in on the deceased and caught them in sexual acts red-handed.

After witnessing this, the suspect decided to take the law into his own hands. He stabbed both his wife and his cousin with a knife several times which killed them instantly.

SP Jimmy Patrick Okema, the North Kyoga Regional police spokesperson confirmed the incident. He appealed to married couples and those cohabiting to be careful while handling challenges at home.

He advised them to learn to respect relationships, develop a heart of trust, and avoid extramarital affairs.

In a related incident earlier reported by Newslexpoint, Police arrested a 20-year-old man for burning his wife’s private parts after accusing her of cheating on him. He got arrested for the aggravated torture of his wife, Nakazi Gertrude, a 25-year-old resident of Kikwayi village.

The police spokesperson, Fred Enanga, said the husband had suspicions of his wife having an extramarital affair. This apparently happened after the wife spent an entire night outside their marital home.

“When she returned the following day at around 9 pm. The suspect developed an intention of inflicting serious injuries on his wife, as a form of punishment,” said Enanga.

Apparently, the husband waited for when his wife had fallen into a deep slumber and he boiled water.

He then poured it into the genitals of his wife, leaving her severely injured with lacerations on her private parts and body surroundings.
