On Friday, the football governing body, Federation of International Football Association ( FIFA ) issued the London side football club the veto from signing new football players in the next transfer windows for breaking the rules concerning the transfer of minors.
During the pronouncement, FIFA said Chelsea breached Article 19 of it’s directives concerning the transfer of twenty nine minor football players and Article 18 concerning 2 additional minors.
The disciplinary Committee of FIFA imposed a sanction on the English club, Chelsea FC and Football Association ( FA ) for breaching the football rules regarding registration and International transfer of football players under 18 years of age.
