While appearing in an exclusive interview with Sanyuka TV, Ruth said that she’s the next-in-line sibling to Chosen Becky.
She went ahead to reveal that she completed Senior Four last year. And since everyone is looking for money, she doesn’t see the reason of furthering her education when music pays her.
Furthermore, she said that her management has already organized for her where to live. When they asked how old she is, Ruth said that she’s old enough to decide for herself.
Apparently her parents especially her mother are huge fans of her career.
“I’m dropping my studies to pursue a career in music and I think its better that way. I completed Senior Four last year but since whatever we do is to get money, I’m taking up music in place of school. My management has already decided what my schedule will look like and they already got me a residence. My parents especially my mother support my decision and besides I’m old enough to decide what I want,’ she said.
She was asked if she won’t live in the shadow of her older sister or put up competition that might prove dangerous. The upcoming singer said that she’s herself and the Bankuza hitmaker is also a different person.
On the possibility of collaborating with her sister, Ruth said that it’s her management to decide. She’s already released one song that is picking up airplay. She quite sounds like Chosen Becky as both do band music.
