In a YouTube interview, the Boom Party singer said that she hates herself so much for the way she treated the Fenon Records boss.
According to the singer, when Blu 3 let her go, she was so heartbroken. However, Steve picked her up and comforted her. He told her everything was going to be fine. Additionally, he even took her to studio and they checked out some songs.
Eventually, she launched her solo career and the rest is history. However, along the way they fell out and Cindy blames herself.
She said that she got overcome by emotions amd uttered careless words which ultimately broke Steve Jean’s heart. She knows that he definitely sees her as an ungrateful person.
It kills her that all her loved ones are there to celebrate her success but the one person responsible for it isn’t. The singer went ahead to say that she hopes he one day finds it in his heart to forgive her and they rekindle their friendship.
“I let careless words come out of my mouth, I just want say I’m sorry. It hurts me, I feel bad. Steve won’t be near me and it hurts. I love that man, I long to talk to him. Just to be back in his life would be enough for me…” she narrated.
Meanwhile all the time Juliana comforted her saying that it’s going to be alright. The Diana singer said that she knows the producer’s heart is full of gold and he will definitely forgive the singer.
It should be noted that Fenon Records and Steve formed the Blu 3 all-girl group. They originally consisted of Lilian Mbabazi, Jackie Chandiru and Cindy.
They had participated in and won the Coca-cola Pop Stars talent search in 2003. Soon they blew out not only in Uganda but on the entire continent.
Sadly, they bitterly fell apart in 2008 with Cindy Sanyu pursuing a solo career. It’s just last year that now the women made amends and started singing together once again.
