Why Didn’t Police Arrest Me Yet They Arrested My Colleague, Besigye Questions Police

Dr Kizza Besigye, the former forum for democratic change ( FDC ) president has always been at odds with the police and it seems it will never come to an end, just recently a resident of Nansana known as Suleiman Maseba was arrested for hosting the FDC man in his home and now Besigye has come out to blast the police accusing it of being partisan and acting irresponsible.

Besigye who made this surprise visit was noticed by some of the residents in area and they later gathered one by one to have a good look at their freedom fighter, but police cut short their happiness when they raided the home and impounded all the motorcycles parked at the residence since the owners scattered in fear of being arrested.

While staging at the Nabweru police station where his host Mr Suleiman was detained, Besigye condemned this arrest and demanded for his immediate release saying he has to leave the police station with his colleague and the motorcycles that were taken by police.
