Pharmacy and Poisons board Kenya destroyed packs of condoms which are said to be weak and unsafe.

The consignment of Fiesta condoms is reportedly said to have failed quality tests qualifying to be substandard which prompted a recollection.
The Pharmacy and Poisons Board said that the incineration of the affected condoms worth 10 million Kenyan shillings was witnessed by their drug inspectors.

The recollection of the affected consignments of the Fiesta condoms was finalized on March 11th 2019 upon which the board ordered the market authorization holder to complete the destruction of the affected batch under the supervision of PPB, according to the tweet.
