Court Orders The Arrest Of City Tycoon Pemba Of Shs 1bn Debt

City tycoon and business man jack Pemba is being looked for by Police after the commercial division of the High Court has issued a warrant for his arrest.

This warrant was issued in the matter between Pemba and fellow business man Godfrey Kirumira in which jack is demanded over 1bn.

Details of how Kirumira demands Pemba 1bn haven’t been revealed as yet.

However, Festo Nsenga the acting registrar of the commercial court revealed that it’s proven beyond doubt that Pemba is about to flee the country thus calling for issuance of an arrest warrant.

Court commanded to arrest jack unless he deposits $300,000 (shs1 billion) with court. If he fails to do so, some of his stuff could be confiscated from him to satisfy Kirumira’s claim to guarantee his appearance.

The court also commanded jack to appear in Court on April 20^th.
