The actor Daniel Radcliffe, put his Soho, New York apartment up for rent at $19k a month with Halstead Property to boost his property. Daniel, 26, whose pot of money topped £68m in 2014, listed the 1,843 sq ft pad eight years after he purchased it for $4.29m.

And it’s not the only show-stopper in Daniel ‘s property portfolio because he was known to have three Big Apple apartments under his belt by 2009, toppling his empire to $16.5m.
