Musicians Dax Vibez And Mikie Wine Arrested After Jinja Performance

Renowned musicians Dax Vibez and Mikie Wine were reportedly apprehended in the wee hours of Monday while on their way back from a performance in Jinja.

The incident took place shortly after their captivating performance at Baba TV’s Ekitudha event in Bugembe, as shown in a video shared on various social media sites

The arrest of the two artists ( Dax Vibez and Mikie Wine ) took place in the vicinity of Jinja town around 2 AM, adding a layer of mystery to the situation. As of now, the specific reasons behind their detention remain shrouded in uncertainty.

Despite the unfolding events, official statements from the authorities are yet to be released. Additionally, attempts to obtain comments from the artistes’ representatives have proven to be futile, leaving the public speculating about the circumstances leading to the arrest.

In separate story previously reported by NEWSLEXPOINT.com, a young man named Frank Ssempa was detained at Kampala Central Police Station for allegedly impersonating a well-known traditional healer, Sophia Namutebi, also known as Maama Fiina.

Ssempa was apprehended in the Busoga region following a targeted operation to locate his whereabouts.
