Dell Has Acquired EMC for $67 billion

Dell has has bought EMC for $67 billion or $33.15 per share making it the largest technology deal in history so far, EMC is a company that provides datacenter storage for big companies ,now it has been acquired, it is an interesting deal with huge amount of money.

EMC will now become part of  Dell

They are two combined companies and both will become the largest integrated technology company mostly in cloud computing, server business and storage, these combined companied will be run by Micheal Dell.

VMWare is the biggest part of EMC which was also included in the deal, Dell will definitely benefit from this deal mostly in storage data-centres and it will be the largest providers of computing products and services in the world.
