DJ Erycom Reveals Reason For Ronald Alimpa’s Downfall

Popular music promoter and disc jockey, DJ Erycom, has revealed the cause of singer Ronald Alimpa’s downfall. According to Erycom, pride and arrogance have contributed heavily to the downfall of the one-hit-wonder.

The DJ said if there were yearly awards, Alimpa would scoop the song of the year award.

However, instead of following this song with more hits, pride and arrogance got to his head. And this has hugely contributed to his downfall, a problem with many young artistes.

“A number of upcoming artists would surely be great but their arrogance and pride has contributed to their downfall. I will give an example of Ronald Alimpa. He’s arguably had the biggest song of the year. If there were awards, his song would surely be crowned song of the year. But where is he now? He had a manager who has some of the biggest butchers around Kampala but when he got a hit song, he started disrespecting him, the man dumped him,” said Erycom.

The Sean Don hitmaker even started disrespecting his own mother by making blasphemous comments about her. Eventually, every sane person started abandoning him yet he’s still hospitalized.

Meanwhile, Erycom also revealed that some Ugandan artists are ungrateful. This is because they accuse him of exploiting them through their music uploaded on his website.

He however revealed that it’s a 50/50 situation when he uploads these artists’ songs on his platform. They don’t give him money and neither does he but both gain from it.
