DJ Jacob Omutuuze Hails Rema For Keeping Her Pregnancy Private

Dembe FM presenter Dj Jacob Omutuuze has come out to hail songstress Rema Namakula and husband Dr Hamza Ssebunya for keeping their pregnancy private. Rema gave birth to a bouncing baby girl over the weekend.

Being a famous figure and a woman who loves to update her social media with what’s going on in her life, Rema was expected by many to give pregnancy updates.

She however kept it secret which had some people even doubting whether she was pregnant.

Jacob likened Rema to fellow singer Juliana Kanyomozi who also kept her pregnancy a top secret.

“Even if you are a celebrity, an unborn baby deserves respect plus a woman too. She’s now a woman and public figure. I rate her highly for keeping the pregnancy private which reminded me of Juliana who left people guessing after giving birth. It’s what people in the limelight should do. The public shouldn’t know everything about you and somethings should be surprises. I also like the pregnancy photo, it wasn’t nude therefore not stripping her of her dignity as a woman and the legacy she has built,” Dj Jacob said.

He also said that all those female singers who didn’t give birth in the lockdown should not do so.

The radio presenter said that it was those dormant years they should have concentrated on their personal lifestyles. He however said that they shouldn’t give birth anytime soon if they are all about building their careers.
