The hatchet between singer Eddy Kenzo and Edwin Katamba aka MC Kats seems like it won’t just wither away yet. Kats has now advised Kenzo to pipe down his ego and shouldn’t think that he’s a god.
The misunderstandings arose from the federation money that Kats wanted a portion of. He claimed that he wanted to use some of it to organize his baby mama Filles’ concert.
The No Money singer is currently in rehab and can’t make a performance due to health reasons. Kats felt aggrieved when Kenzo refused to give him money and has been attacking him since then.
The NBS After 5 presenter has now claimed that Kenzo is misusing the money meant for the greater good. He just dishes it out to those who worship him.
According to Kats he’s been in the industry before even Kenzo came aboard. He claims that he’s also done a lot for the industry such as making musicians than Big Talent has ever done. He can, therefore, never worship the Stamina singer.
The controversial self-styled king of the mic said that the musicians who are always with Eddy Kenzo are the ones who speak about the mismanagement of the federation’s money.
Furthermore, the media personality challenged the singer to show the documentation of the money since it is public funds.
“He thinks he’s a god but I can’t worship him. I have been here before he came and my impact is much bigger than his. The only thing I want is the proper distribution of that money. They are simply distributing it amongst themselves and I know,” he said.
In regards to Fille’s rehab phase, Kats said that they should return her to him if they think she’s a burden. He will take her to Apostle Grace Lubega’s rehab which is free. Besides, Fille is at a government-owned rehab centre, not Kenzo’s.
