In yesterday’s President’s address, the suggestion to close every public place including public gatherings, sports events, religious gatherings, weddings, funerals, bars, restaurants, schools and many other places.
For now among Ugandans asking about whether the President is keen with his suggestion include the NBS After 5 show host Douglas Lwanga who listed down his 11 effects that the Museveni must first think about before taking any action.

1- Are Employers still going to pay people even when they are staying home?
2- Will Schools refund school fees to parents since the term has only began?
3- Will your landlord also forego his rent and give you a grace period you will be staying home?
4- What happens to perishable goods that have been stocked by traders
5- Prayers shall be conducted online and on TV but again who will film them?
6- Imagine the losses Event organizers are going to make and how much some have oready made?
7- Will UMEME also give us free Yaka or theyl still demand we pay them
8- All the digital TVs Dstv/StarTimes/Gotv will they also forego making people pay for subscription since they are not working?
9- Will National Water also make you pay for water Bills or they’ll keep away from our houses for this time?
10- How about the hospitals shall we get free health care from public and private hospitals or not and how will a non working population pay?
11- How about people who have loans and have deadline will the loan sharks be flexible?
12- If the lock down is true, Will our president answer to some of these queries this evening
