Multiple dozens of people are shifted in South China due rain storm

This was after heavy rains poured in the Island province of Hainan southern China on Sunday which forced 4,230 people to evacuate, according to local flood control authorities on Tuesday.

16,800 were displaced due to the floods and 18 of Dongfang reservoirs are discharging most of the flood water.

This is a big challenge for China!

An elderly man from Basuro Township went missing in the storm and DongFang city was worst hit in the rainstorm with precipitation of more than 500mm, according to provincial flood control and drought relief head quarters.
