Dr Jose Chameleone Reveals Why He Didn’t Battle Bebe Cool

Leone Island boss Dr. Jose Chameleone has lifted the lid on why his much-anticipated battle with Big Size Bebe Cool didn’t go down. Many people last year were so excited after a showdown of arguably the two greatest singers of their time was proposed.

Even big-name public officials such as the Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Hon Thomas Tayebwa supported this move. The two singers also gave a green light and everyone expected a once-in-a-lifetime show. However, this proposal withered out and since then has been a thing of the past.

Speaking about it, the Valu Valu singer said that he was very ready at the moment. It was however his counterpart who didn’t turn up.

Chameleone said that Bebe Cool was busy with other prospects at the time and this is why the show didn’t go down. However, the self-styled “Atakoga Atagejja” added that he’s still expectant of this battle and only awaits Bebe’s signal.

The singer went ahead to compliment the Wire Wire singer as one of the best and a menace on the stage.

“I was so ready for the showdown with my brother Bebe Cool but at the time he was busy with other projects. That’s why we didn’t battle. However, I’m still ready for it and I would love to take him on. He’s one of the best not to mention his energy in stage,” he said.
The two singers have been friends for over two decades. This battle was more of a good time and brotherly showdown not a fierce music competition.
