Comedian Patrick Salvado and Robert Kyagulanyi, popularly known as Bobi Wine, once shared a close friendship. Salvador openly supported Bobi Wine on multiple occasions until a shift occurred when financial interests came into play.

Salvado’s interactions took a turn when he received an invitation to State House for discussions with the President.

Subsequently, he publicly endorsed Muhoozi Kainerugaba and even hosted events for leaders of the NRM party.

Strained relationships and communication breakdown

During a recent revelation, Salvador disclosed that his relationship with Bobi Wine has soured. He mentioned that the President of NUP no longer engages with his messages or calls, indicating a noticeable rift between them.

The animosity initially surfaced from Bobi Wine’s supporters who openly criticized Salvador on social media platforms.

Reflecting on the situation, Salvado acknowledged the strained ties, attributing the discord to his meeting with President Museveni.

Despite the distance between him and Bobi Wine, Salvador highlighted that he maintains close relationships with select individuals from the National Unity Platform, such as Dan Magic and Godfrey Luyombya.
