Eating Cabbages Could Help Fight Coronavirus – New Study Tells

Scientist’s preliminary study results in Europe indicates that coronavirus death rates may be lower in countries where people eat a lot of cabbages.

The new study shows that the increase in average consumption of cabbages or cucumber by just one gram per day might lower a country’s death rate by 13.6% or 15.75 respectively.

Reports from South China Morning Post indicates that the French researchers says foods which contain raw and fermented cabbage are possibly beneficial against covid-19 by lowering the levels of a compound which helps the deadly virus infect the body.

The new study which hasn’t been evaluated, was circumscribed to Europe and discovered that pickled and raw cabbages as well as Kimchi (Korean delicacy from preserved cabbage) and cucumbers might help people to fight the deadly virus, which has so far claimed over 600,000 lives globally.
