Kenzo is one of the artistes that has flown the Ugandan flag high. He is the first Ugandan artist to win a BET Award and he is the first one to be nominated in the Grammys.

In his recent interview with CNN, Eddy Kenzo said he lost his mother at a young age and he struggled to get where he is. However, he has managed to stay on top of his game despite being in the music industry for long.

According to Musuuza, he said it is all God that he is able to get to where he is at the moment. The 15 years he has had in the industry are therefore worth celebrating. Some artists haven’t had the privilege to celebrate such a time in the industry.

The singer said his fans are his heroes and without them, he would have made it this far.
