This dream money winner walked away with 119,615,384/= following his ticket’s (number 2004042970905594) win with a stake of just 1,000/=.

“I have been a plastic waste collector and seller in Elegu for the last 5 years. With my little income, I have been placing a bet of 1k on a regular basis. I have been coming so close to winning but losing by only 1 or 2 matches. From today on wards, I will not go back to plastic wastes,” said the winner who preferred anonymity.

This winner selected 16 matches, all with odd 2. His ticket had only 1.80 odd as the smallest. “I do not put a lot of research while selecting matches. In most cases, I choose the matches at random, just like I did this time when I decided to select only odd 2s. If your time to win has come, you will win irrespective of what happens. I was supposed to win over 250m if one match was not called off,” the winner noted.

After a week, this winner finally picked his money. “I didn’t know that my ticket won. When I checked it after a week, I had won. I nearly fainted. I thought I had delayed but the good thing when I reached Fortebet, all my money was paid and in cash as I wanted,” the winner explained, further noting that he is going to buy land and build rentals in addition to buying a business lorry.

The money was handed over by Fortebet accountant, David Ssendagire at the head office in Kololo-Kampala on Monday.
