The owner of social media giant X formerly known as Twitter Elon Musk has warned that a meteoric stone will in future crash the entire Earth planet ending all civilization. T
his is after it was reported that NASA is tracking a stadium-sized asteroid flying ‘relatively close’ to Earth.
Apparently, NASA is also monitoring this asteroid named 2024 ON. Sources state that it is a massive 1,150-foot by 590-foot object moving at 20,000 mph.
It passed within 621,000 miles of Earth on Tuesday morning, close enough to be deemed “potentially hazardous”—though there’s no risk of impact.
Experts say such asteroids come this close every 5-10 years. The last major impact was in Russia in 2013. 2024 ON is one of five asteroids passing by Earth this week.
Elon Musk who has been on different space surfing missions with his Space Exploration Technologies Corporation, SpaceX took to his X page to reveal that one of these days such a tragedy will happen.
He claimed that a large substance will hit the earth and destroy almost all life as has been in past civilizations. The sun will boil all the oceans and extinct all life. Therefore all humans have two choices, either await this death or become space explorers for a new life.
“One of these days, a large comet will hit Earth and destroy almost all life, as has happened many times in the past. Eventually, the Sun will expand enough to boil the oceans and destroy all life. Either become a spacefaring civilization or die – those are all the two choices.”
