Renowned businessman Emmanuel Lwasa has recently made a surprising announcement, expressing his intention to assist Don Chris, who is currently facing allegations of fraud.
In a candid interview with a local television station, Lwasa shared his compassionate gesture towards Don Chris, highlighting his belief in the inner goodness of the accused individual.
Emmanuel Lwasa passionately argued that Don Chris should not face incarceration due to his history of aiding numerous individuals, asserting the importance of extending a helping hand in times of need.
Extending grace through repayment
According to Lwasa, he is committed to repaying a portion of Don Chris’s debts to his creditors, urging them to consider forgiveness in light of his past benevolence.
“I will clear part of Don Chris’s debts because he is a good person and has supported many people. He shouldn’t be arrested over that money; whoever is owed by him will be receiving part of the money they demand,” Lwasa affirmed.
However, Lwasa emphasized the necessity for creditors seeking repayment from Don Chris to provide substantiating evidence, such as receipts or formal agreements, to facilitate the resolution process.
“I, however, want proof of giving him the money; come with receipts or agreements,” Lwasa requested, underlining the importance of transparency and accountability in financial transactions.
Don Chris is currently evading authorities following allegations of defrauding unemployed youths of substantial sums by falsely promising them lucrative job opportunities in Europe through his company, Sky Pins Tours and Travel.
