Uganda’s betting giant, Fortebet over the weekend continued to show its commitment to helping young blood lift their talents. In this spirit, Fortebet donated 50 soccer balls to Zebra Football Academy based in Kibuli.
The balls were delivered by Fortebet Media Manager, John Nanyumba and received by the academy manager, Muhammed Mukalazi at Kamwokya Police play ground.
While handing over the balls, Nanyumba noted that, “The development of talents must be not of just one person or just a group of individuals. It must always be for everyone, in their respective capacities. At Fortebet, we are certain that a ball given out today is a goal-in-making to be scored for the nation at a later stage.
This is why Fortebet gives out these balls.” He added that, “After sometime, we shall come back and demand for accountability-improved talents. Continue reaching us (Fortebet), we shall also continue aiding you.”
Mukalazi said, “This is the first aide we are getting in this big number. This has never happened to our academy ( Zebra football academy ). You (Fortebet) have given us a very big debt of living up to the standard at which you have lifted us to. I and my team, we are short of the right words to express our heart-rooted happiness.”
