Housing over 30 children, most of whom are orphans, Homeland Christian Children’s Charity Home received 20 mattresses, 20 blankets and 5 bags of posho and rice. Fortebet also donated to the home 10 soccer balls.
All the items were handed over to the home’s caretaker, Francis Kayizzi by Fortebet ambassador, Alex Muhangi, together with John Nanyumba, the Media Relations Manager.
Muhangi, on giving out the items, said, “As Fortebet, we felt so much touched when we were approached and told about the need this home is in. Indeed, when we reached here, we saw the real need. We promise; this is just the beginning.”
While receiving the items, Kayizzi said, “I have run out of words to express my joy upon what Fortebet has done for us. Fortebet is the first company that is giving us such a big donation. Thank you so much and please come back again because the need is still there.”
