All the items were handed over to Sylvia Akech, the facility administrator.
While handing over the items, Muhangi noted, “We are very happy to be part of the reason these kids will smile. We can see how much they need help from everyone. They live a difficult life but once we join hands, life for them becomes easy. We will keep supporting this home.”
According to Akech, the center finds children in the surrounding rural communities with various physical disabilities and in need of corrective surgery. They are often living in wretched conditions and are a real strain on the family which is ill equipped in every way to give these children the opportunities they need. Akech thanked Fortebet for the kind heart.
