Dauda Kavuma the manager of the Triplets Ghetto Kids has revealed how he has managed the Triplets Ghetto Kids into a successful dancing group. The teenage dancers have been on different stages in the world such as the World Cup, Africa Cup of Nations, America’s Got Talent, and Britain’s Got Talent among others.
According to Kavuma, he has a good relationship with the parents of these children. The parents have the responsibility to check on their kids whenever they want to. Besides, they always get a week of holiday to provide parental guidance and counseling.
Additionally, he said that education is their first priority in the group. When they don’t have tours, the kids go to school. And on weekends they train. However, when they have tours, they always inform schools and the kids cover up the missed days.
Furthermore, Dauda Kavuma said that he has a dream of building a center that has whatever the kids need.
Besides, he wants to start up a band so that these kids can also learn how to play music and other instruments. This would help them to have different skills so that they can use them in case they exit the group.
He also talked about his worst moment since he started managing these kids. It was in 2014 when one of the dancers, Alex succumbed to injuries from a bicycle accident.
They all felt down as it was a shock and he in particular felt like he didn’t want the kids anymore. Luckily they overcame this and have had some high moments. These came at Britain’s Got Talent and America’s Got Talent where they performed exceptionally well.
