Give Mama Fina Her Flowers While She’s Still Alive – Sheilah Gashumba

Socialite and media personality Sheilah Gashumba, has called upon the public to give renowned herbalist, Sylvia Namutebi aka Mama Fina her appreciation while she’s still alive.

According to Sheilah, Mama Fina is always helping people and needs to be credited. The NBS After 5 presenter said that she got to know of the late Asia on TikTok because of Mama Fina.

Sheilah also recalled how Mama Fina was there in helping Aisha Nabukeera many years ago. Nabukeera was a girl who got burnt with hot water by her step mother in the mid 2000s. Sheilah’s father Frank Gashumba took on the responsibility to look after her.

“We need to give credit to Mama Fina, she is always helping different people!! I honestly got to know Asia on tiktok because of her. I remember her helping Aisha Nabukeera too years back. Such a kind woman. She deserves her flowers,” said Sheilah.

It’s not a lie at all as Mama Fina has been in for many charitable causes. She’s helped many people such as musicians to even those lesser known ones.

A case in point is singer Ronald Alimpa who suffered a terrible accident.

Mama Fina took over her hospital bills and daily upkeep. She had even promised to bankroll his music career not until he misbehaved.

Further, Mama Fina has always struck up a debate about religious men and herbalists. This is because these so called men of God exploit their flock.

Mama Fina who is assumed to be the custodian of ‘evil spirits’ empowers her clients. However all in all, she has been very vital in uplifting many people than even some of the richest Ugandans.
