Legendary music promoter Balaam Barugahara has been branded a government spy by fellow colleague, Abtex promoter whom they have been in arguments most of the time mainly for the political environment in the country.
It’s well known that Balaam is a staunch NRM fan and he’s not shy about it, he advocates for the president and respects him to the maximum while counterpart Abtex is a strong opposer to the ruling party and the president in particular with whom he says he has let the country down and therefore it’s time for him to go.
The escalation in this matter got heated up recently when Abtex accused government for cancelling Bobi Wines Kyarenga concert that was due to happen last month at Namboole stadium.
Both Balaam and Abtex Custer various local TV stations airing out their views about the cancelled show, but it never took no time with Abtex branding Balaam a government spy in the music industry saying he works for Museveni and pays him to decampaign Bobi Wine.
It should also be remembered that the same Abtex advised Bebe Cool to cancel all his upcoming shows since he’s an NRM fan for the safety of his life when he was pelted with bottles by revelers at a concert.
Well, Bobi Wine announced new dates for The Kyarenga concert slated to take place on 10th November at his one love beach Busabala.
