Apparently, the pair split a few months ago. They then became embroiled in a number of legal battles. Kilooto through her lawyers accused the Nkuloga singer of numerous charges. These include malicious damage, theft, criminal trespass and threatening violence.
The saga even saw Grenade spend a couple of hours behind bars. This sugar mama has now vowed to teach Grenade a lesson.
According to her lawyers, she wants a public apology from him. She also wants him to pull down his Ex-Wewanika song from his media platforms and stop performing it.
Furthermore, she wants him to return all the items he stole from her. The cougar also wants Grenade to acknowledge that the relationship ended. Short of this, he will learn an unforgettable lesson from her.
“First and foremost we are going to press more charges against him. The existing ones are threatening violence, criminal trespass, malicious damage and theft. Our client demands a public apology from the singer. She wants him to return all the stolen items and accept the relationship ended. Living in denial is his biggest problem as he’s continued to bother her.
We also want him to pull down the song Wewanika and stop performing it. If not we shall deal with him accordingly,” said Kilooto’s lawyer.
This case was supposed to be heard by court yesterday but Grenade’s file was missing. When contacted for a comment, the singer said that he’s not allowed by Court to make a comment.
Earlier on, Grenade reiterated that he has no intention to pull down the song causing the bickering. He revealed that it’s his and his fans.
Therefore nobody reserves the right to pull it down, not even court. It was him who sang it and put it there so it’s him to remove it. However, Kilooto’s lawyer laughed this off and said that Grenade should just wait and see.
