Singer Evelyn Lagu has scoffed off rumours circulating on social media that she is dead. She says she is alive and kicking, and actually feeling a little bit better.

This came after the singer was hospitalized for the past days looking forward to her operation. In that period of the operation, rumors started making rounds on social media that she had died.

Evelyn Lagu has been battling kidney and heart problems for a very long time. Ever since 2019, she has been trying everything to make her life easier and healthier. However, everytime she looks to be getting weaker.

“You people are not serious. I am alive and doing very well ever since the operation. Stop announcing me dead I am still here,” Evelyn Lagu said

She was even taken to Turkey for a kidney transplant but it didn’t happen because of her other health conditions. They said if they operate her she may end up losing her life in the process.

Apparently, the singer is living her life on the support of drugs.

Last week she was crying out that her body is getting tired of drugs because all her body veins are no longer taking in the medicine like they used to do.

In a recent Facebook post on her page, her admin revealed that she is actually weak but she is not dead. She said Evelyn is a fighter and she is going no where anytime soon.

“Naye mufaki ba dear? Eve is weak and some pain because she had an operation yesterday which was successful but she is very alive and will get better. She’s a fighter we all know. Just more prayers tx a lot!,” Facebook post read.
