Harmonize Launches Free Food Restaurant For Less Fortunate

The Tanzanian popular artiste Rajab Abdul Kahali known by his stage names Harmonize who came from a poor family background managed to survive hunger, thus becoming one of the top artistes across East Africa.

As a way to give back to the community, the ‘Zilipendwa’ Hit maker over the weekend launched ‘free food give a way’ initiative serving free meals to the needy people.

Recommended by Ilala District Commissioner Mjema Sophia, Harmonize launched a food truck labeled ‘Konde Boy Mgahawa’ which will supply free meals for the next 6 months.

The artiste logged into his social media account and expressed his joy after full filling one of his life-long dream.

He went ahead and appreciated the District Commissioner Mjema Sophia for warmly welcoming him to her area of administration before thanking media for their coverage provision and write ups which got many people to see and become encouraged.

Free food was given out to the crowd in little bags branded ‘Konde Boy Mgahawa’.

The Konde Boy Mgahawa trucks will be moving in every Saturdays to supply free food, however, we might increase in case we get sponsors on board,’he said.

As Strive Masiyiwa said’ you MUST get out of your comfort zone if you want to become your own boss’. By the time Harmonize left Diamond’s Wasafi Classic Records, may fans thought he will fail in his music career, but he has disproved revelers by launching his own record label dubbed ‘Konde Music Worldwide, just a few months later.

One week ago, president John Pombe Magufuli asked him to contest for an MP seat in the upcoming general elections.
