Hon. Balaam Barugahara Offers To Rehabilitate Pretty Nicole

The State Minister for Youth and Children Affairs, Hon Balaam Barugahara has offered to rehabilitate disturbed teenager Pretty Nicole. This barely 18 year old has become a public nuisance and problem ever since she came into the limelight in early 2023.

This all started after she was videotaped being beaten by her peers after she tried to seduce her besties boyfriend. Since then she has been embroiled in quite a number of controversies which included releasing adult videos.

Attempts to rehabilitate and incorporate her back into society have proved futile. Hajjat Kulthum Muzaata who helped and took her back to school is now regretting ever getting involved in her life.

This is after she tried to seduce her husband. Besides, she’s also been caught up in lesbianism.

Talking about this matter, Balaam said that he will look for her and put her in place. According to the events promoter, if she cannot adhere to formal education, she will then be incorporated in the informal sector.

He added that it’s not good for her to be vending her body for money yet she’s able-bodied and can actually work. If she can’t manage that all, then he will be forced to use an iron hand on her to put her to order.

“I’m going to rehabilitate Pretty Nicole and put her back into place. She needs to be taken back to school, especially those far away from the city. If she cannot manage school then we can put her into the informal sector and maybe send her to Abu Dhabi to work. She will contract deadly diseases and die young if she doesn’t have that useless lifestyle.”

Furthermore, the Minister also lashed out at the adult men who seduce these young girls.
