How To Spend Money Wisely To Avoid Getting Broke

How must I spend money? People say money is a problem, there are people who misbehave whenever they have money, yet money is not a problem but the attitude of certain people when they have money in their pockets is bad.

You must spend money to make money. Make sure that most of the things you spend money on will in return brings more money.

We should learn the power of investing. I see many people after receiving their retirement package, or when they get an opportunity to receive large sums of money, they start building their homes.

Building a home is not an investment unless if you are going to rent out that house to make more money. Just think of it, after years of working, finally you received your retirement package, then you start building a house where you are going to stay with your family.

It seems very right as per our culture, but all the money you are pouring into such a project will never return.

Here is a good example, take the money and invest it. Buy shares from existing reputable companies. Now out of the profits from your investment, you can start building your house.

You must spend out of your profits not spending the initial capital. Invest your money first then enjoy the profit of your money. Spend to make money, then enjoy the profits. That way you will never be broke.

If you ever see yourself changing behavior when you have money, just know that you have a big problem.

Don’t spend to impress people, you will never do enough to impress them. Just be you.
