I Charge One Million Shillings For An Interview Because People Are Bad – Mad Tiger

Veteran musician Jjajja Mad Tiger has revealed the reason he doesn’t do media interviews and what would take him to do one. According to him, he charges one million shillings per interview and this is because people are bad.

He added that the reason he looks good despite his advanced age is because he excused himself from people’s opinions.

Apparently, people are so toxic and malicious. Besides most musicians are camera hungry. They always crave attention unlike him. This is why he’s also branded a one-hit wonder.

According to Mad Tiger, people have always demanded for new music which he has. However, because they think every song has to be a hit, they don’t know most of his songs.

Aside from his Obulamu Bwensi banger released in the 2000s, he said that he has many songs that are unknown. This is largely due to bad people in the industry, especially the deejays. These purposefully refuse to play his songs and forget that they are the ones who make songs hits.

“I look good because I decided to excuse myself from people’s words and opinions. I’m always there at the back watching everything. To do an interview, I charge one million shillings. Besides I’m not a fan of always being in the news. People call me a one-hit wonder but I’m okay with it because hits don’t define a career. All songs can’t have the same strength,” he said.

Furthermore, he pointed out another veteran singer, Maddox Ssematimba. The reggae singer released one album, the Namagembe album. It has various songs that are hits and other are not.

Therefore, it’s the same situation with him. Most of his songs are known to the public although they aren’t hit songs.
