Controversial city Pastor Bugingo Aloysius has denied the fact that Susan Makula introduced him a few weeks ago. He says they had invited him for drinks and bites.

He said he knows nothing about the introduction they are accusing him of. Apparently, Male Mabirizi took Bugingo to court for proceeding with traditional marriage yet he also married Teddy legally.

Not only him, even some Pentecostal pastors ran to court accusing Bugingo of the same.

According to the marriage Act, Section 42 states if any person unmarried goes through the ceremony of marriage with a person whom he or she knows to be married to another person, commits an offense & is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a period not exceeding 5 years.

“Any person who, having contracted marriage under this Act or any modification or reenactment of this Act, during the continuance of that marriage contracts a marriage in accordance with customary law, commits an offense & on conviction to attracts a sentence not exceeding 5 years”

This means if court finds Pastor Bugingo, he will go to prison for a period not exceeding 5 years. However, he has turned tables now saying there was no introduction.

Apparently, the invitation cards had Susan introduces Aloysious. The case is however still on going and we only wait for what he the court will decide now.
