Singer, Joshua Baraka and TV personality, Etania Mutoni are currently one of the new crop of celebrity couples in the country. Well, Baraka has said that if she ever dumps him, he will make songs out of this experience.

Speaking about how they met, the singer said it was in 2021. He had been watching her on TV but their first physical encounter was at the SMACK League.

They didn’t hit it off right away but became ‘hi hi’ friends. Slowly their friendship developed into a romantic relationship to where they are now.

He also spoke about when they plan to make things official, he said that it’s still early. They are, therefore, taking things step by step.

When the right time comes, everything will fall in place. And if they steal her from him, that will be fate and he will do music about it.

“Me and Etania first met physically in 2021. I had been seeing her on TV but in 2021 we met at the SMACK league. We became friends slowly till this point where we are now. For marriage, things will fall in place slowly. Let’s not rush things. In case she leaves me, that will be God’s plan. The only thing I can do about it is make songs out of my real life experience,” said the singer.

Additionally the singer revealed how he landed Nigerian music powerhouses Simi and Qing Madi on his Dalila remix. According to Baraka, he doesn’t know how this happened but Simi had always been a fan of his music.

Therefore, when the opportunity arose, he gladly took it. The Nana singer added that he doesn’t have connections with these singers and things just happen naturally.
