In a video that made rounds on social media, Ibrah confirmed that he had moved to the states. In fact, he said that this is a move he had wanted to attempt a while ago but was advised against it. And when he got the chance, he took it.
Reports started speculating on who could get a shot to replace him at Spark TV’s Koona that happens every Friday. All this was because the journalist was fleeing from legal battles in the country.
Apparently Ibrah got jailed a few months ago for defamation. This was done by a one “God father” who said that Ibrah defamed him of raping his sister. After securing bail, he vanished from the country.
However, it seems this was just an ordinary trip and nothing much to it as he’s back into the country. Ibrah hosted Spark TV’s Koona Dance Party at Afro Club in Kasangati yesterday.
It therefore seems that the YouTuber will be around for quite a while serving himself on the ‘potholed’ and dusty roads of the city.
Mukasa has over time found himself clashing with several renowned people over defamation cases. Among these were singers Stecia Mayanja and Lydia Jazmine.
For Stecia, Ibrah alleged that she has a company that does human trafficking. Stecia revealed to him that it was his statements that put her out of work and financial difficulties yet they were false.
For Lydia Jazmine, the TV presenter accused her of aborting Fik Fameica’s pregnancy. He had to issue a public apology to the Kapeesa singer.
