Jackie Chandiru Reveals She Attempted Suicide Six Times But Failed

Veteran musician Jackie Chandiru has revealed that she has attempted suicide six times but all have failed. The Agassi singer in a local interview said that people had different perceptions about her. Before and while in rehab, people on the outside seemed to have different perceptions about her.

None of them knew where she was coming from or what she was battling with. They all decided to spread what they believed was true. This took a toll on her and she felt unwanted. Therefore she tried to end her life on six separate occasions but failed.

She recalled one time when she was even assisted by a clinic to take her own life. Although she concealed the name of this clinic, she said that she went to this particular hospital and bought a combination of different drugs.

The former Blu 3 singer was completely sure that this would end her life. This particular pharmacy even told her how the combination would work.

Jackie was told to take the medicine using locally brewed alcohol known as waragi. However, when she woke up feeling a heavy headache and severe stomach ache.

In her head, she was like heaven can’t make her feel pain. And since she wasn’t feeling hot, it couldn’t be hell. On pinching herself, she felt pain and figured out she was still alive.

“I have tried suicide on six different occasions but none was successful. At one time a certain pharmacy assisted me on how to carry it out because when you have money everything is possible. I bought a combination of different drugs and they told me to drink it with Kasese waragi. But on waking up, I was neither in heaven nor hell. I was still alive,” she said.

Additionally, the singer advised all the youths out there who look up to musicians to be careful. According to Jackie, whatever is done in music videos such as smoking and boozing is always just showbiz.
