Janzi Awards: Full List of Winners

The first edition of the Janzi Awards went down over the weekend. These awards in their inaugural year sought to award the different personalities in the different sectors of the creative and arts industry.

The guest of honor, the government chief whip Hon Thomas Tayebwa said that “The government is setting up 21 industrial parks and I will talk to him so that we dedicate one to the creative industry. The Janzi Awards is here to harmonize the creative industry for all. Uganda for Us, Us for Uganda.”

Apparently, it was also an exquisitely entertaining event marked with glitz and glam. From the red carpet to the stage and audience, everything was on point.

TV personality Karitas Karisimbi, comedian Mark Agaba and Isaac Rucci hosted this event. Meanwhile, on the red carpet, it was Lynda Ddane, Crysto Panda and Sheba Martha who were hosts.
