Kapa Cat Reveals How Her Own Mother Tortured Her Psychologically

Female dancehall musician, Catherine Tumusiime alias Kapa Cat has revealed that her own mother tortured her psychologically while growing up.

The singer also opened up about how her mother never showed up to the hospital after she suffered an accident last year.

It should be noted that the singer while returning from a performance suffered an accident. She sustained a couple of injuries which solicited sympathy messages from different people.

However, the Sikyo singer’s own mother never showed up to the hospital..

When Kapa Cat asked why she didn’t show up, she told her that she didn’t think the injuries were severe. In a broken tone, the singer said that this wasn’t news to her, after all, her own mother made her life growing up hell on earth.

The singer said that her own mother used to tell her that she was ugly and too dark. Therefore, all this shaped her outlook on life and she developed a thick skin to tackle the world. Nothing can break her that is said by critics.

“My own mother never loved me as a child while growing up. She used to tell me how I was ugly and too dark while growing up. Honestly, this really affected me. I remember even though I suffered an accident last year, she didn’t show up on my hospital bed. She just told me that she didn’t think the injuries were serious. Despite all this breaking me, I developed a tough skin. Nothing therefore can break me now,” the singer who has been criticized for being so skimpy in her music videos and social media lifestyle said.
