In her words, Sheilah Gashumba claims that she used to receive only Shs50,000 per show on NTV The Beat and Shs100,000 on Style Project, adding that this money could not sustain her brand, but the former TV personality Kazoora was against her claims.

While appearing for interviews, the faded Radio and TV presenter James Kazoora claimed that Sheilah was paid enough money compared to others and her time limit she spent live on air.
